Navigating Plan Reviews

We are here to help communities navigate the field of plan review from the most complicated project to, well, quite the opposite. We have assisted municipalities in implementing planning/zoning procedures and review criteria to ensure they are balanced in their land uses ordinances and not overly burdensome on their residents.

We not only offer this and more in Community Development team but also construction plan reviews done by licensed and trained professionals. We will coordinate with the applicant and AHJ directly to cut down on staff time and also be able to directly guide the applicant through this process.
