Property Inspection

In person inspection and notification of nuisance and property maintenance violations. Our pricing is based on an initial findings report that we perform and will average out the amount of hours spent in your community and preparing notice for your community. 

City Council Meetings

As a service to our potential clients we will do one complimentary visit to speak with any board who may want further information on why we do what we do. In the event we have to make multiple visits we charge $150 plus mileage on the most current IRS mileage rate.

Code Consulting

We will put in the time to review your code book and verify that you have adopted ordinances that support your community development goals.

Building Code Consultation

We Assess Residential structures to ensure that they meet all local and state requirements.

We do not offer commercial building inspection at this time but will answer general building code inquiries

Court/Administrative Hearings

Only in Zoning, Code Compliance related matters! It is rare but sometimes we are required to take a case to municipal court. This requires quite a bit of time for case preparation and prep for testimony as an expert witness in these matters.
